This is one of the worst staff headed hospital they will call you in morning and since then they will ask you to wait till evening they will ask you to call the hospital to get the appointment but there is no appointment taken or recorded from there end over all of this waiting the doctor himself went away for more than an hour and all 10 patient was waiting for him in the pain he left it is such serious matter which no one wants to listen or give a thought about the doctor will always make you wait for hour n hour n hour and they will just disappear in middle of everything god knows what level of unethical human they are

Exceptional care at this hospital! The doctor, DD Baksi was knowledgeable, compassionate, incredibly reassuring, empathetic and took the time to address all the concerns making pateints feel heard and understood. The staff were friendly, attentive, and ensured I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Highly recommend for anyone seeking quality healthcare.

Got a very bad experience with this hospital and with the whole management.The only best part is doctors here else everyone is crushing patients. Xray which they chare like Rs2800 is outside at just Rs800 There is no discount in medicine Unnecessarily you ll have to wait for hours to show report. Why they take only cash ? I will give written mail to income tax office to audit there file on the basis of electricity consumption and raw materials consumption and staff salary comparing to other hospitals who are taking all kinds of payments and giving taxes to government They really didn’t met a good person in respect of all this Excessive price of everything including belt knee belt phisiotherepy and anything They are charging for blood 🩸 test 2500 which is outside just rs 500 Literally fooling to patients Whenever i ll get time i ll make a big blog for his hospital and reveal very soon everything My suggestion go to doc but dont take any blood test x ray and belts from there. Come ahead and fight for your rights.

Excellent service received from baksi orthopedic. First time I had received eco friendly service. Feel like my own home, here all nurse,ward boy,sister, attendent are just awesome. Doctor's are too good, experience and polite. Overall services are just awesome. Thanks BAKSI 👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍.

Totally disgusting behavior of staff. Imperfect services of mediclaim whereas in other hospitals there is a 24 hrs service here is only 10 a.m. to 8 p. M. Service. I have to stayed for extra 1night because of their negligence in mediclaim. Please do not rely upon their procedures. It is totally frustrating. Management is totally disgusting
