DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL…I took my mother there. The doctors are there just to make you wait all day and then see you for 5 minutes and then tell patients to come back. This went on for over a year with no plan, diagnosis or treatment. It was glaucoma. Nothing complex. Yet they did nothing. But now due to their negligence, my mother’s eye sight is nearly gone. They don't even want to give you medical files, even though its the right of the patient to have their own medical records. Worst eye hospital ever.

The reception counter lady does not behave well and takes a lot of time. A complaint should be made to the head office. She is very arrogant. She neither knows how to talk nor gives any detail to the patient. A 5 minute work takes 2 hours.

Even though doctor experience is good, but taking appointment here through their phone system is pathetic, even after 30 times try, unable to connect with agent to book an appoinment. They supposed to take care of their phone system to provide service better. Even though they take higher fees, they do not care about time of patients and conumers.

My word, just no possible way to book an appointment with them. Very difficult to call and book an appointment. Booking an appointment should seem seamless but this branch is leaving no efforts to tamper the overall good reputation of a good eye care unit available in India.

below average experience. The doctor is knowledgeable and polite. But the optometrist lady was incompatible at her job. She repeated my eye power twice, kept me waiting for 3 hours long, and then also gave wrong specs power.
