From the very first consultation, the doctor created a calm and reassuring environment, which immediately reduced my anxiety. The clinic was well-organized, the staff were polite and helpful, and the appointment process was smooth, but what truly stood out was the doctor’s professional yet warm approach.

I’ve been working with Dr. Sukanya for 5 years now. She is the best dermatologist, has a clear understand of what suits me, and is consistent with results. The clinic staff is very warm and helpful as well from reception to the nurses. They are always available to accommodate schedules if needed. Would definitely recommend.

My experience with Dr. Sukanya Banerjee was very disappointing. I visited her because I was suffering from skin allergies and was not sure whether it was an allergy, infection, or rashes. Most parts of my body were affected, but she didn’t even spend a minute examining the problem properly. She only checked my hand, where the infection was hardly 1%, and ignored the other affected areas even though I tried to explain and show them. When I asked her about the reason for my allergies, she casually mentioned that it could be due to a change in water or weather. This explanation was not acceptable to me because I have not traveled or changed my location for the past few years. It felt like she did not properly investigate or try to understand the actual cause of my condition. She prescribed medicines for 10 days and then asked me to stop them, after which my condition became worse and the infection increased. I felt she was not interested in listening to my concerns or understanding the problem thoroughly. I am now looking for a genuine doctor who will actually listen, examine properly, and provide the right treatment. I would not recommend her at all.

The doctor is very polite and humble. She explained all the issues I've had very simply and how my medications can help me eliminate those. I've seen improvements in both my hair and overall body health.

I’ve been visiting Dr. Sukanya for 2.5 years now, and I have to say that she is great at what she does. My skin back then and my skin right now— quite a difference, I am so satisfied with her treatment. Highly recommend going to her.
