I visited Kaya Clinic for a hair removal treatment and had a really smooth experience. The consultation was done by a female dermatologist who explained everything properly and cleared all my doubts. The procedure was performed by Ratna (also female), and she was extremely professional and gentle throughout. The session was almost painless and very relaxing — I literally almost fell asleep during the treatment. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I’m happy with the service. Would definitely recommend Kaya Clinic for hair removal.
Great service and hospitality.. was under Dr.Pandey and she was really profesional and polite. She understood my concerns and gave me good suggestions. Staffs are professional too… definitely recommended :)
I consulted for full hair laser treatment. They quoted a price which was way more than their max mentioned price in official website. Also, they denied of the ongoing offer of buy 1 get 1 bring a friend for full hair laser hair reduction which is mentioned in their website officially. I called them twice as I was still open for negotiation as I wanted to opt for the treatment and I also took their trial session which was nice but they told they don't know about the offer and will consult with their backend team and get back to me. But I never got a call back. This was very unprofessional and not expected from a renowned clinic as kaya. This was my first time visiting kaya with alot of expectations and hope.also, one of the staff was bit rude and it seemed like they were mocking their customers. I am attaching pic of the offer for reference.Also, I reached out in their whatsapp number as well on the same day after my consultation and trial and didn't get any reply.
I am writing to lodge a serious complaint regarding the unacceptable experience I have faced at your Kaya Clinic – Loudon Street, Kolkata branch. To begin with, the staff behaviour has been extremely rude, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. Ms. Sneha Dey has repeatedly lied, spoken back disrespectfully, and shown an unacceptably rude attitude during multiple interactions. It is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Ms. Tuhina has been sarcastic with genuine concerns. Their behaviour reflects a shocking lack of training and respect for clients. Further, I had purchased 6 sessions for 6 different body parts. Due to blatant miscalculation and sheer negligence from your staff and system, I have not received all the sessions that I have paid for — I am still short by 4–5 sessions. Instead of acknowledging and correcting the mistake, the branch staff is refusing to provide the remaining sessions, which is unethical and amounts to denial of paid services. Additionally, there is a very concerning malpractice happening at the branch: Every time a session is completed, the staff says they will call me for OTP confirmation — however, no OTP call is made. Despite this, the sessions are being marked as ‘utilized’ in the system without proper authentication or my consent. This raises serious concerns about data manipulation, transparency, and misuse of customer rights in your service process. For a brand like Kaya that promotes premium and trustworthy service, this overall experience — including the rude attitude, lack of accountability, poor ambience and customer service — is shocking, disheartening and entirely unacceptable. I genuinely regret choosing Kaya and would certainly not recommend your services to anyone. I demand an immediate and strict resolution: • All remaining 4–5 sessions must be restored and provided without delay • A formal apology from the staff involved • Firm corrective action to address this branch’s unethical handling of customer sessions and OTP verification process • Assurance of improved service quality and customer handling going forward I expect a prompt response within 48 hours. If this issue is not resolved urgently, I will escalate the matter to higher management along with official complaints if required. I hope Kaya values its customers and brand reputation enough to address this immediately.
Got my laser done at Kaya with Ratna Dhara and honestly, it was such a good experience. She’s calm, patient and really knows what she’s doing. I felt super comfortable the whole time, no rushed feeling, no confusion. The staff was sweet and the place felt clean and safe. If you’re thinking of getting laser, Ratna is genuinely someone you can trust.
