The guard there, especially one young lady, behaved very badly. I recently had my wisdom tooth removal surgery, and the doctor told me to come on the 7th day. I went to the hospital, but the guard did not allow me to enter the doctor’s room. She said my ticket date was Wednesday or Saturday and told me to come only on those days to remove the stitches.
My house is one hour away from the hospital. There was very poor communication. I explained that the doctor had asked me to come that day, but they still did not allow me to go inside.
They were also shouting at the patients very rudely. You will feel very bad because of their behavior. This happened in the OS Minor room.

I recently visited the hospital because I need braces my dental condition is not very good. After examining my teeth, the doctor told me that I should have come earlier and that I need to fix my teeth as soon as possible.
However, I was given a postcard and asked to wait for a follow-up appointment that may take up to 10 months. I understand that there is a high rush of patients and that the hospital is very busy, but I am worried whether such a long waiting period is valid, especially since many doctors are available.
I request the hospital to please consider reducing the waiting time for patients who require urgent orthodontic treatment, as delays can worsen dental issues and cause stress for people like me.

recently visited this hospital and although there's so much crowd and lack of discipline of the people in crowd it's still very good hospital, the denists are so nice and polite and respectful especially those internship students im happy with my teeth result everything is free of cost.
