We came to Surat from West Bengal on 16th June 2025. After about a month, we found out that my wife was pregnant. As we were new to the city, we were completely confused about which doctor to consult. Based on a colleague’s recommendation and positive Google reviews, we decided to visit Ami Women’s Hospital, and it turned out to be the best decision we made.
Last night, we became proud parents with the guidance and support of Dr. Archana Ami Raval. I truly feel that even a 5-star rating seems too small to express our gratitude towards her.
Throughout this 9-month journey, it never mattered whether it was 2 PM or 2 AM the doctor and the entire hospital staff were always available to help us, whether through calls or emergency visits. The care, kindness, and thorough check-up process provided by Dr. Ami Ma’am were exceptional. Her calm and reassuring nature made us feel safe and confident at every step.

I would also like to share a few humble suggestions (not complaints, just areas for possible improvement):
Providing food for delivery patients on a chargeable basis could be helpful.
Improving the quality of bed sheets for patient beds would enhance comfort.
Keeping essential and emergency baby products readily available in the hospital store would be convenient for new parents.
Overall, the OPD and delivery charges are very reasonable compared to other hospitals, including those in West Bengal.
