My mother visited Dr. Akshit, and initially we had a good experience, he was kind, and the medications worked well. However, over time his attitude seemed to change, which was disappointing. Also, the nurse at the reception has been rude on multiple occasions. When someone is unwell, the last thing they need is to be treated rudely. This kind of behavior is not acceptable. While the older generation may tolerate it, I chose not to say anything at the time, but I do feel it needs to be addressed.
