I have been beyond happy with Dr. Ritika Dalal's diagnosis and treatment for my dry eyes. I didn't even know I had dry eyes. I went to her for blur vision in one of my eyes. She checked my prescription was just fine and did further investigation to get to the root of the problem. I went ahead with the eye-light treatment and the Lipiflow treatment. Both procedures were done by Dr. Dalal herself and boy was she comforting. She was there by my side through the entire process and it felt like a breeze. I went to Dr Ritika Dala for my Dry Eyes. I had been to many opthalmologists before that and they couldn't solve my problem. Then I heard of Dr Ritika who is a dry eyes specialist. She inspired confidence in me with her diagnosis. She explained the problem clearly and took great pains to clear all my doubts in a very patient manner. Her treatment Lipiflow was very effective and gave me great relief. Her appointments are well planned so that the patient is attended to promptly. Since I was not comfortable with eye ointment or gels, she suggested alternatives which are effective and easy to use. She's a pleasing personality and a doctor with the right attitude.
