Having had multiple kidney stone surgeries before I still had one 8mm stone left in my right kidney because the last doctor failed to operate RIRS successfully therefore it was suggested to go for PCNL (which is performed by making a small 1 cm incision), however, I denied because it is painful yet more complicated.
