Dr. Aalapi has helped me in more ways then one…it was something personal which even i dint know…i am still in the early stages of the therapy…but I’d recommend her to anyone without any hesitation

It wouldn’t be hyperbole when I say that my life has got better ever since I have consulted Dr. Aalapi. She is compassionate. She not only listens but also guides the person and helps them understand emotions. Every session with her has been a transformative step for me. After consulting her when I was feeling low as well as for a relative who had no insight, I can say confidently that she is one of the best psychiatrists and a gem of a person.

I had been taking Dr Aalapi's sessions online since 2020 for almost 2 years on and off. I still reach out whenever I feel stuck. She literally changed my life. She's extremely empathetic, listens very well. I truly believe she wants to do good by people. I have heard other peoples experiences with different psychs and most often they tend to give solutions to your problems. She stands out here because she will make you understand what's happening with you and actually talk to you about how to navigate through it. I've honestly learnt a lot from her. As much as you look for reviews of a doctor, esp in this field, remember that it's us who should be willing to receive help.
